Rachael Whitehouse
Physiotherapist
Rachael qualified as a physiotherapist in 2006 and is also a certified APPI pilates instructor.
She has varied experience across both the NHS and private practice. She has worked at a number of large teaching hospitals in London, as well as working for APPI in Wimbledon.
Rachael loves working with people of all ages and abilities. Her aim is to get everyone back to doing the activities that are important to them whether that be a sport, gardening or walking the dog.
She enjoys treating tendinopathies and knees in particular, however is very happy to see a varied caseload of necks, shoulders, backs, hips and ankles, and anything in between!
She has also trained in exercise rehabilitation for scoliosis, and has extended her pilates practice to ante/post natal and hypermobility.
Rachael moved to Bath in 2019 with her husband and dog, and has since then added a second dog and a horse.
She loves sport and practising what she preaches so has recently become a Peloton addict, alongside tennis, and making a return to running after a 6 year hiatus with the aim of doing the Bath Half again.
She also loves travelling and will happily accept restaurant recommendations for good food!
